• Who have received a Notice to Appear before the U.S. Immigration Court.
• Who are seeking to stay in the United States because of a fear of persecution in their home country.
• Who can provide evidence that they have or would be persecuted because of their race, religious beliefs,nationality, and/or membership in a particular social group or because they have a certain political opinion.

Our Cancellation of Removal Solution is appropriate for individuals:

• Who have received a Notice to Appear before the U.S. Immigration Court.
• If they are a lawful permanent resident:
  • Has been lawfully admitted as a permanent residence for at least five (5) years;
  • Has resided in the United States continuously for seven (7) years after having been admitted in any status; and
  • Has not been convicted of an aggravated felony.
• If they are a NON-lawful permanent resident:
  • Has been physically present in the United States for a continuous period of at least 10 years preceding the date of the application for cancellation of removal;
  • Has been a person of good moral character during the ten-year period;
  • Has not been convicted of any crime(s) that can render him or her inadmissible or deportable; and
  • Establishes that removal (deportation) would result in exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to his or her spouse, parent, or child who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
