Our Lawful Permanent Residence Solution is appropriate for:

• Immigrants who are legally in the U.S.;
• Immigrants who have an approved Petition For Alien Relative (Form I-130) from the USCIS; or
• Immigrants who have an approved Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (Form I-140);
• Immigrants who have a visa number that is currently available to them; and/or
• Immigrants who intend to file for Adjustment of Status along with a completed Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130) or a completed Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (Form I-140), which if approved would make an immigrant visa immediately available to them.
